A deep and sprawling forest that extends around Viridian City. A natural maze, many people become lost inside.
Route 2 is a long route between Viridian City & Pewter, separated into two areas by Viridian Forest. It has a small patch of grass in the north, and a small path in the south. However, it does have a long path on the right of the route which bypasses Viridian Forest.
Route 22 is a short route heading west of Viridian City. It has a small lake within it as well as a zigzagging path with tall grass on them. It's surrounded by cliffs as it heads towards the mountain range between Johto & Kanto.
